To look good and confident, you need to maintain a healthy hair care regimen.  Healthy hair care means avoidance of cosmetic products and embracing home-made remedies.   One such home-made remedy is using mustard oil for your hair.   Mustard oil is loaded with vitamins, iron, magnesium, and minerals which help stimulate hair growth and promote scalp health.

How good is Mustard oil for your hair?

Oil massage is always good for hair growth.  Mustard oil helps facilitate increased blood circulation to the scalp area and provides nourishment that strengthens the hair follicles to promote bouncy hair growth.
