Saffron Milk
Saffron (Crocus Sativus) is a rare and exotic spice. It is richly laden with folates, vitamin A and C. Consuming saffron milk during pregnancy is believed to improve the complexion of your baby.
Oranges
Oranges are believed to improve your baby’s complexion during pregnancy due to the presence of a good and rich source of vitamin C.
Milk
Milk is a rich source of calcium, carbohydrate, water, protein, vitamins, minerals, and minor biological proteins like lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase which are essential during pregnancy. Hence, consuming milk during pregnancy not only helps the physical and mental development of your baby but also enhances your baby’s skin colour and tone.
Eggs

Pineapple

Fish
Tuna, salmon, and sardines are deep sea fishes and are rich in Omega-3. Omega-3 essential fatty acids enhance your baby’s skin elasticity as well as complexion during pregnancy.
Cherries and Berries
Strawberries, blackberries, cherries, and bilberries etc., are antioxidant powerhouses. Consuming them during pregnancy not only neutralizes free radical damages in your cells but is also believed to help enhance your baby’s complexion.
Almonds
Almonds are considered the epitome of health as they are packed with a rich source of protein, vitamins and minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.
