Preparation
You need to chop and mince the ingredients first, mix it well, and then fill these blended ingredients into a large glass jar, 3/4th full. Fill the glass jar with apple cider vinegar to cover the ingredients completely, close it with a lid, shake the contents thoroughly, and put it away in a dark, dry, and cool place. Remember to shake the glass jar with its content at least once every day for 2 to 3 weeks. After 2 to 3 weeks, strain the liquid from the glass jar into a bowl using a strainer or placing a thin cloth over the mouth of the jar. From the bowl, transfer the tonic to smaller jars and store it in a dark, dry, and cool place. The tonic is now ready for use.
