Constant sucking and caressing of the breasts.
This is really more of a myth especially in some African societies. It is traditionally believed that if a boyfriend constantly caresses or sucks the breasts of his girlfriend more often than not, or if a woman is very sexually active, her breasts may tend to grow bigger. In other words, if a man or lover can use his lips, tongue and hands to constantly work his woman’s breasts, they just might grow bigger. However, this myth, which is similar to breast massage above, is yet to be scientifically proven
Does the Size of Your Bra Decrease or Increase Your Breast Size?
It is important for women to make sure that they are wearing the correct size bra. This will not only feel better on their breasts but allow them to look fuller. Every woman should get measured at least every six months as most bodies do not stay the same for very long.
Once you have made sure you are wearing the right size, you can find the best bra to make your breasts appear larger. Push-up bras are a common choice, but there are other styles that can flatter your breasts and make them look bigger. For instance, medium chested women look great in a demi-cup.
Enhance your breasts with colors and patterns. Certain colors, typically lighter colors can make breasts look larger. Darker colors tend to make areas look smaller. Combine bright patterns on your torso with a plain or dull color on your lower half. This will make your curves look more proportional. Avoid toxins

1. Sesame Seeds
Sesame seeds have been found to be effective at firming and enlarging the breasts of women. Made up of calcium, protein, iron and phosphorous, these seeds are easy to add to a standard daily diet. 4. Green leafy vegetables and food rich in proteins and vitamins improves the growth of breast tissues. Asparagus, beetroot, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, legumes, carrots, onion, cucumber and pumpkin are protein rich food to increase the breast size naturally.

10. Other herbs that are known to have a positive effect on breast enlargement are Haridra (Curcuma longa), Ashoka (Saraca Asoka), Jatiphal (Myristica fragrans) and Gambhari (Gmelina ribes). Massaging breasts with these herbs mixed with ghee or sesame oil as base is said to aid breast enlargement.
