2. Khushmanda avaleha – 1 tsp twice daily with a cup of warm milk before bed and early in the morning empty stomach has a wonderful result. This should be done at least for a month. This will also increase the hemoglobin percentage in the blood

3. Ashwagandhavaleha-this one more type of avaleha which helps as a general tonic and given even better results in men. May be taken with warm water or milk.

4. Chavan prash-This is also a very good lehya. Method of intake is same as other. It has many dry fruits, amla[gooseberry and many medicinal roots].Best for emaciation caused as a result of some chronic diseases.
