Your bouncy and lustrous hair defines a good personal appearance whereas a receding hairline can shake your confidence level.

To look good and confident, you need to maintain a healthy hair care regimen.  Healthy hair care means avoidance of cosmetic products and embracing home-made remedies.   One such home-made remedy is using mustard oil for your hair.   Mustard oil is loaded with vitamins, iron, magnesium, and minerals which help stimulate hair growth and promote scalp health.
