Guava Leaf Recipes
With 30 grams of guava leaves plus a handful of rice flour, boil with 1-2 glasses of water. Cook until boiling, drink 2 times a day.
Eight pieces of guava leaves are washed and boiled with 1.5 liters of water. Drink 3 times a day.
For better digestion
Guava juice 200 ml, 400 ml apple juice, melon juice 200 ml, 100 cc of pure honey, Blend all ingredients until smooth and store in the refrigerator. Drink every morning and afternoon of each 300 cc.
Treating scarlet fever
Blend ripe guava until smooth and then filter it. Drink three times a day.
Take roots of guava leaves and guava leaves 10 sheets. Cut the roots and small leaves, washed, then boiled with water for 20 minutes at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. Strain the cooking water and then drink in moderation on a regular basis until the complaints disappear.
Treating acne and black spots

Removal of blackheads
Blend guava leaves with water and use it as a scrub on your nose to remove blackheads.

Treating hair fall
Guava leaves have the ability in controlling hair fall. Boil handful of guava leaves in 1 liter of water around 15 to 20 minutes. Strain the water and apply over the scalp and roots after the water reaches to room temperature.
You may also simply include guava leaves in your daily tea. Drinking tea made by soaking guava leaves in hot water is beneficial in treating diarrhea, lowering cholesterol, and preventing diabetes.
